Excellent product

This very real product. Its quality can be noticed immediately after first use by the water leak. The cooling is really natural and satisfying. It is not the artificial refrigeration with its ugly feeling nor is it the hot room temperature. You can feel the magic of nature. In addition my daughter had been always suffering from stomach problems, however after starting drinking from the water from this jug she felt clear improvement. However you have to know the proper seasoning to before start drinking . In short great product strongly recommended

Fantastic product & customer service

I never write reviews...I probably should, but I dont. However, this time I felt I had to. I have never been more satisfied with a purchase than I am with the purchase of this jug! I wasnt supposed to receive it until November as I only ordered it last week, but it arrived today, almost a full month early! The packaging was fantastic. I had been worried that it would be delivered damaged but it was wrapped in sponge and double boxed with Im pretty sure an entire roll of packing tape! The jug itself is beautiful...in fact its better than expected. I will definitely purchase from this seller again! Thank you so much, you have earned a repeat customer!
