Refund policy

Returns & Replacement Policy:

We do not offer returns or replacements. However, in all eligible cases, we will refund the full product value.

For refund approval, please contact our customer support within 7 business days of delivery and attach:

  • A photo of the delivered product or an unboxing video
  • A copy of the invoice for our internal quality checks

NOTE: 

We cannot refund import duties which the customer paid during delivery time. Refunds will be issued only for the actual product value.

Refund Policy:

To request a refund, please send a photo of the product along with the invoice. Allow us 24 hours to review your request.

  • Refunds will be approved or rejected within 5 working days.
  • Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7 business days.
  • Refunds may be full or partial, depending on the issue.
  • Refunds cannot be requested after 7 days of delivery.

NOTE:

We cannot refund import duties paid during delivery. Refunds will be issued only for the actual product value

If the customer does not pay the import duties or refuses delivery and later requests a refund, we cannot refund the amount paid for the product.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations are not applicable once the order is placed. Delivery address changes can be accepted before dispatch only if the new address falls within the same or nearby service area. Requests for remote areas cannot be accommodated.
